Hitting the Wall

Hi. My name is Cindy and I have been on this weight loss journey since December 2010. In that time I have tried numerous things-Weight Watchers, every fad diet out there, Zumba and my current love-- Running.

I've never been thin or particularly active so "Running" is a big deal for me. My family has been really supportive, but the going is slow and my main problem is my eating. You can't outrun a bad diet, but I keep trying. :)

So far I have lost 23 lbs and run a 10K. ...

So far I have lost 23 lbs and run a 10K. I am currently training for the Tinkerbell 1/2 Marathon in January 2014 and my ultimate goal weight is 135 lbs.
