Working to find the motivation

I am really working on trying to find a permanent motivation. I can find goal to goal to jump to, but there is nothing that is permanent that is always there to move me forward.

I am looking for that inner strength.

My goal is to get back to into the physical condition I was in when I was in Afghanistan.

My Program:
Diet: 1800-2000 calories per day. (depending on what day of the week and how much worked out the day before)

Try to exercise 60-120 minutes per day.

Thats about it, nothing fancy.

try to have a good weekend, regardless and maybe you will find your motivation, i sure hope so, and then i need to start looking for mine, but we are both well aware of our difficulties and are admitting it, so as they say, that is where you have to start....good luck. emoticon
