Working to find the motivation
I am really working on trying to find a permanent motivation. I can find goal to goal to jump to, but there is nothing that is permanent that is always there to move me forward. I am looking for that inner strength. Plus, am always looking for people to work out with. :)

My Goals:
My goal is now to really get in excellent shape.
My Program:
Diet: 1800-2000 calories per day. (depending on what day of the week and how much worked out the day before) Try to exercise 60-120 minutes per day. Thats about it, nothing fancy.
