A Healthier Me

I am here to keep myself on track on becoming a healthier me. My goal was to lose 30 pounds before I got pregnant, but that never happened. I am due in July and didn't start at my ideal weight, so I want to make sure I don't get out of hand with my eating during the remainder of my pregnancy so that I can lose the baby weight and then some. My Goals:
I want to eat well and exercise consistently for the remainder of my pregnancy. Once the baby arrives in July, I want to make sure I get back to my pre-pregnancy weight as quickly as possible so I can work my way down to 30 pounds below that.

My Program:
My plan is to walk for about an hour 3x a week and go to yoga 2x a week until July. After that, I will create a cardio and strength training plan to help me lose weight at a healthy pace.
