I was about 150lbs in this picture. Way over my ideal weight for my height (125-130) but I'd kill to even be this weight right now.

It's about time...
This way of treating my body no longer serves me. I'm ready to release the pounds and get healthy. I've set a goal of walking everyday. Rather than walk around the block it helps me to venture off the path and "go exploring". This way I walk farther and longer than I would if I just went around a park.

A little bit of Weight Watchers and some of Spark.com. Running the Couch25k running program which is 3 times a week of interval training.
