Getting back in shape

Fed up w/ the 15 lbs I have gained over the past 3 years. In the process of exorcising (yeah, I said exorcising) the demon fat off my body. I enjoy the great outdoors, including but not limited to camping, hiking, kayaking, rappelling, caving. My husband and I are avid motorcycle riders and are blending the two together to further enrich our lives. I have just started a rigorous training regimen for motorcycle racing. My goal is to be physically fit enough to ride better, faster and more ...

Yes! We haven't been able to go since last week...sometimes life gets in the way of stuff :P

We have talked about going 7 days a week, but we have a sort of set schedule to go Sun, Tues, and Thurs for sure!

We've been going to the Lovell Road one!
