The Right Time

I've tried to lose weight before over the last two years, but have never enjoyed cooking and didn't really have the drive to do what it takes. I wanted to lose the weight, I just didn't really want to work for it. This time, I'm putting in the work and seeing it pay off.

One of the best things is knowing that my kids are eating healthier and are growing up with an active parent to set a good lifestyle example for them.

And hey, who doesn't want to be the "hot" mama?

My Goals:
I want to get down to between 145 and 130 in weight. I want to be healthier and I want my kids to have parents who set the example of a healthy lifestyle for them. I want to be fit and strong so when we get our farm, I'm ready. I want to be able to enjoy running with my kids and dogs.

My Program:
Just eating a balanced diet, counting calories, and moving more.

Personal Information:

Thanks for your coment. I never thought of looking for sugar free spagetti sauce or bread, I will definately have to give that a try! emoticon

You GO!!! Looks as though you are on the same path that I am. YOU have been making good progress!

Think Spring is coming soon and it will be great to be in shape to enjoy activities with those kids!!

I understand not really wanting to work to get the weight off. I was very passive about working out & eating right. The weight just piled on. I'm still passive, but not nearly as bad. I want to put forth a real effort this time. Good Luck....see ya at the finish line.
