My Mantras, My Rules

Time for a revamp of my page:

On 14th October 2013 I set myself some goals to achieve within 1-year:
- To reach my goal weight (133lb)
- To run a 5k with my daughter
- To run a 10k with my daughter
- To get control of my life

With 6 weeks to go
- I am nearly at Goal weight (134.8lb)
- I have run a dozen 5ks with my daughter
- We will run our first 10k on 21st September
- While life isn't perfect I do feel more in control ...

Thanks for commenting on my WEC blog. I always like that look where there is color in front and black on the side. emoticon

I also hope your blood test results are better with your own doctor. I read up a little on it after you posted because that low blood sugar scared me. I know how awful I feel when mine gets too low, but it seems like you are feeling okay. Let us know. emoticon

Hey ..let us know what the blood count shows...a bit worrisome there!

Just a lil concerned about you...see ya tomorrow...nite now!!

Thanks for commenting on my 4 day meal plan blog. I did stick to it. It was different than my usual food, but I enjoyed it. I don't usually plan out 4 days in advance - but it was the WEC. emoticon

Thanks as always for your supportive blog comment - but my SparkFriends help JUST BY BEING THERE!!! Hard to explain how meaningful that is - when friends read/comment quickly, it enables me to shut down counterproductive behaviors, get back on track more quickly than I ordinarily would have.

Thanks for your comment on my BLC expectations (I know, really late--it's been a really crazy spring followed by a crazy summer and apparently a crazy fall...)... I know I just said this but your confidence in me is inspiring... and humbling, LOL. My main virtue I think is that I'm just so stupidly stubborn, LOL, that I refuse to give up. But I will be so much happier once we are settled into the house!
