2015 Year to Tri

Third time lucky (I hope)

This year I am focused on physical achievements and proving how strong I am. (I also hope this will lead to a lean and more toned me)

So with my daughter I have worked out a series of events that I intend to partake in over the 12-months of 2015.

January
1st January - 5k - Cannon Hill Park Run - Free Entry - Goal Met 00:30:30

February
15th February - 10k - Tempo 10k Winter Road Race, Stratford-upon-Avon - ...

loved your description of your activities!!! how funny ..indeed it would be interesting to know what the neighbors are saying!! Who gives a tinkers dam....??? so just do what you wanna do and enjoy!! Great for getting into the lake and going for it..no the mucky monster doesn't like rubber...so you are OK..

Morag..I like that...indeed I think I shall have to dub my Highlander by that name! Thank you!!

I hope you get a good nites rest !!

You are doing great with your maintance program...do not forget that often when you begin a new exercise or activity you will possibly gain a pound or two..tis ok..it is muscle and will all smooth out. Eat healthy as you are and all will be well!!
