How are your feet? Did you ever figure out what was the cause of that swelling? As we drift into break the Tia Chi will add another element to getting and keeping focused.

Love your backgound pics...neat! How's the new bike, fixed and road ready?

Will you be entering in any bike a thons? I did a few while in Oklahoma, not up here in Colorado though.

Can't believe BLC 27 is at an end, wouldn't have been the same without your support. Thank you. See you and your team in BLC 28. I am hoping to be back with the FBI again but I do love keeping an eye on you and a few others in other teams. It is hard in the breaks but I am determined to make myself and my team proud by keeping up the work I have been doing.

Thanks again x
Deb

Thanks for reading my blog, your continued support helps me keep moving.
I am looking forward to my certificate, I will complete this, just at a more leisurely pace. Which may be for the best.

Hope you are having a wonderful fun day!

I wonder if you stepped on something when pushing your bike back to the car?

The swelling on both sides seems to indicate an irritant that both feet were exposed to ...or so it seems to me.

Did you try an epsom salts foot soak? or a rubbing alcohol bath..but I think epsom salts would work best.

Will be waiting to hear how things go...

Thanks for the kind words on my final days blog..I value the friendships formed here and treasure the kindness and thoughtfullness of my team mates. I count myself fortunate to counted amoung your friends.

Good nite now.... emoticon emoticon
