This year I am focused on physical achievements and proving how strong I am. (I also hope this will lead to a lean and more toned me)

So with my daughter I have worked out a series of events that I intend to partake in over the 12-months of 2015.

1st January - 5k - Cannon Hill Park Run - Free Entry - Goal Met 00:30:30

15th February - 10k - Tempo 10k Winter Road Race, Stratford-upon-Avon - Entry Paid - Goal Met 01:09:21

14th March - 1/2 Marathon - Raceways Spring Shakespeare Half Marathon - Entry Paid - Goal Met 02:19:15

4th April - 5k - Wolverhampton Park Run - Free Entry - Goal Met 28:50 - a new PB

3rd May - 10k - Great Birmingham Run - Entry Paid - Goal Met 01:02:51

21st June - Sprint Tri - The Avenger Sprint Triathlon - Entry Paid - Goal Met 02:19:43

19th July - Sprint Tri - Birmingham Triathlon - Entry Paid - Goal Met 02:15:07

Two entries to pay, after pulling out of the Birmingham Half Marathon due to a heavy cold on my chest and inadequate prep - a week later I ran (if very slowly) the first in the Winter Tempo Series. Having run race 5 for 2014/15 in February, my daughter and I have decided to run ALL 5 2015/16 in order earn our hoodies - so that sorts out events for the rest of the year - assuming I find a Christmas 5k that will give me a bakers dozen of events

- 5 x 10ks (planned 4)
