2015 Year to Tri

Third time lucky (I hope)

This year I am focused on physical achievements and proving how strong I am. (I also hope this will lead to a lean and more toned me)

So with my daughter I have worked out a series of events that I intend to partake in over the 12-months of 2015.

January
1st January - 5k - Cannon Hill Park Run - Free Entry - Goal Met 00:30:30

February
15th February - 10k - Tempo 10k Winter Road Race, Stratford-upon-Avon - ...

Busy day ..am so content..need to stay busy tis good for mind and body!

This week will be a focus on increasing steps so I can do the walk on the 27th..

you are a winner love donĀ“t mistake that.i am hoping to feel the same on sunday when i complete my colour run.i will also probably be dead last as well but i will finish.it is over 28 years since i enetered a race and being 50,overweight just having a knee replacement along with my other health issues i will also be a winner love. emoticon
