Hey have not checked in in a bit thought I would see how you are doing?????? Looks like your a 19 lost that is great if your at more up date that bar keep it moving. I am at 175 now and just out of the 300s.

Hey There

We have not talked in a long time so I thought I would check in and see how you are doing. I am doing great I am 3 lbs away from 150 lbs lost so close I can taste it. I am also 28 lbs for being out for the 300. I have had a hard time getting to this weight. I had not lost any more then 10 lbs in about 6 months i kept losing it then putting it back done.

So how are you doing????
