Second Go-Round...

Round 1 - I started keeping track of what I ate when I was pregnant with my son in an effort to have a healthy pregnancy. But after the baby was born my eating didn't change, so my weight didn't either.
I entered a couple of competitions in January, and I lost 18 lbs and dropped my body fat from 35% to 19%. But now the first contest is over. The second contest doesn't hold much motivation for me, since it's within my office, and I see what these guys are eating!
So, I needed ...

Round 2 - I was 132 lbs when I found out I was pregnant again! So, now I am back...!

Thanks for your advice. You're right--the change doesn't have to be made all at once, just 100 calories at a time. :)

Thank you for your post to my page. I am sorry it took so long to respond but as you know the babies keep you busy. You have a beautiful family. Congrats to you also on your addition. Every day is a challenge for me to do what I know I have to for myself but I am trying to make the time. Good luck on your journey.
