During pregnancy, I stayed really good about exercising until the last month. I went for walks either at the lake or at my gym about 3 times a week, which I think helped me not to go TOO overboard on gaining. Not to mention, my biggest craving was always fruit! As for afterwards, I think I'm just lucky! I think breastfeeding had a lot to do with me losing so much so quickly, but I have been hanging onto these last 8-10 pounds for about 3 months now with no change! I've just started really getting serious about trying to get rid of it now, but it's slow going.
I would just recommend staying as active as possible during your pregnancy, and breastfeed if you can. Good luck!! 2663 days ago
