Want to hit 40 looking better than I did when I turned 30

It's getting close to my 40th birthday, and I really want to get in shape, lose wieght, and be healthier and happier in my 40s than I was in my 30s.

So far I'm DOING it... I've lost 40 pounds and am still going!

My Goals:
Short term #1 - lose 11 pounds by the end of July. GOAL MET 7/29/12!

Short term goal #2: 15 pounds lost by my birthday, August 15, 2012. GOAL MET 8/4/12!

Short term goal #3: lose 25 pounds. GOAL MET 9/14/12!

Short term goal #3: lose 40 pounds. GOAL MET 11/10/2012!

Medium term: lose 60 pounds by December 31, 2012

Long-Term: I'd like to lose 100 pounds + by my birthday next year (2013).

My Program:
My favorite types of exercise are Step Aerobics (Cathe Friedrich), walking, and swimming. I no longer have access to a swimming pool so I'm sticking with walking and Step plus some strength training. I have hand weights (dumbbells), resistance bands, and my FAV the stability ball. Cardio 5X weekly for at least 30 mins, and Strength Training 3X weekly, Yoga 1X weekly.
