I'm 44 yrs OLD and want to be 44 years YOUNG... I'm really ready to lose this weight. I have been large most of my life... but for about 5 glorious years in my early 20's. I had a taste of being healthy and lost it since then.

I was very immobile when I started the 17 Day Diet on March 19, 2012. It was hard to put my right shoe on, no flexibility (still is hard, but it is getting just a bit easier)... and haven't worn women's shoes in years! I have a bad back and was just in ...

I have a bad back and was just in really bad shape. I want to be alive! I want to live long with my amazing husband who is my best friend. I want to see and play with my future grandchildren and be someone my son can be proud of!

After eight months, I've lost 151 lbs... I finished a 5K... I exercise 5-6 nights a week doing the Leslie Sansone Walking Tapes and a weekly walk outdoors. I have way more energy and people at work are amazed at how my entire shape has changed!

I'm the most motivated I've ever been to take this all the way to goal weight of around 170. I'll get there...
