I exercise 5-6 nights a week doing the Leslie Sansone Walking Tapes and a weekly walk outdoors. I have way more energy and people at work are amazed at how my entire shape has changed! Thank you so much! It's certainly a journey! I've been walking daily, so that's good! The sweet tooth is my tortuous companion these days, and that is what I struggle with lately! It's the stress and how I've been dealing with it, I guess.

Gained some weight back, typical lately, up and down. Still stay fairly fit, eat fairly healthy,, just not very focused to finish my journey and get to my goal, so I am starting to stop eating meat today. I will continue with fish and eggs.

Hello Marie.

How are you? Thanks so much for stopping by my page and checking on me and my asking about my family.

All is well on my end, my dad started his chemo treatments last week and it went well, we'll see how week after next goes. My grandson is doing better and is supposed to have his second heart surgery in October.

I just joined the pound a thon challenge for the month of August, I really want this to get me back on track.
