I was very immobile when I started the 17 Day Diet on March 19, 2012. I have a bad back and was just in really bad shape. I want to be alive! I want to live long with my amazing husband who is my best friend. I want to see and play with my future grandchildren and be someone my son can be proud of!

After eight months, I've lost 151 lbs... I finished a 5K... I exercise 5-6 nights a week doing the Leslie Sansone Walking Tapes and a weekly walk outdoors. I have way more energy and people at work are amazed at how my entire shape has changed! I gained 40+ lbs over the past 18 months and so, I started juicing on 3/6/2015 and now I'm losing again. I will get to my goal and get back to eating healthy foods again, but I love juicing and will always incorporate a bit of that in my diet as well.

I'm the most motivated I've ever been to take this all the way to goal weight of around 170. I'll get there...

Hello Marie,

Just checking in on you girl. How's it going?

I am on track too. I'm with Dr. Ian Smith's Super Shred; a four week program and I loss 7.5 pounds and gained my energy back for exercising. Woo Hoo! I really needed to get back to where I was before my dad and grand baby passed away.
