I have been maintaining this weight for about two years...before that I just continued to climb. I am hoping the summer will help me work on getting in the downward mode. I am exercising more and watching my food even more closely. If I could just relieve the stress!
What are you doing? I use my Wii Coach and Wii Fit programs. I do yoga in the morning for 10 minutes...since I leave for work at 5:30 that is all I can manage. Then evenings I try to do at least 15-20 minutes of aerobic exercise. That's my minimum but there are days when I can't even do that. I leave home at 5:30 AM and return at 5:30 PM so it gets hard to fit it in. I'm so tired. 2813 days ago
Hi, Cinjopen. I saw your message on the mental plateau blog. So sorry to hear about your ankle but congratulations on taking on accelerated nursing training. Good for you! Maybe your ankle down time could be "best-ever abs and arms time." Working on your core strength will be very beneficial in the nursing world. And having great arms -- well, probably very good for the ego! Mine are like jellied bat wings right now but that will change. Be encouraged!
