Hi, my name is Cindy and I have made 2009 the year to claim back my health. I have ignored my health for over 4 years and now find myself on 6 different medications to help control my cholesterol and high blood pressure. Over the years I have done the yo yo diet thing and started exercising routines but never stuck to them. Several years and 60+ lbs ago I ran a half marathon and never felt better. Now, it all seems like a dream and an impossible goal to consider ...
