My Goals:
My short term goal is to reach 180 pounds. When I do this I will weigh the same I did in high school when I graduated in 1985.

My Program:
I try to watch what I eat which is sometimes difficult with a chef at home who loves to cook and it's not always low calorie. So I try to keep a lot of calories for supper.

Personal Information:
I am from Alberta, Canada where I have lived most of my life.

Other Information:
I have three cats: Anya (my friends call her Satan), Tia and Callie. We also have a dog, Oskar, who is a mini daschund.

One of my favorite authors is Holly Kennedy (but I may be a bit prejudiced since she's my cousin).

If I was going to buy a new fit it I would either get the flex because it is a bracelet or just get the zip. I don't use the sleep feature that much. Not sure if it is automatic on the flex or not. I thought I would use it more.
