Fit 4 Life: Day 21 - MAY 5TH ATTITUDE IS AN INSIDE JOB!

HAPPY TUESDA!

I am still making every effort to walk for 10 minutes every hour on the hour while at work... the 10 minutes at a time really does make a HUGE difference. I have added two 20 minute walks just about every day, I do have some joint issues I deal with but I usually push through and get in at least one on those days.

Walking my way to health ... I have done this once before YEARS ago... but I did not have the joint issues then that I am dealing with today. I walked three miles a day 5 days a week. I loved it and when I bumped into people I had not seen in a while... they were stunned at the difference. WHAT A GREAT FEELING IT IS TO EXPERIENCE THAT. It gives you a great sense of self satisfaction that you are doing something really... REALLY good for yourself. You are making difference in how others see and yes how they treat you!

I am so looking forward to that day when someone says to me... LOOK AT YOU!!! WOW!!!

What an exciting, gratifying, and self esteem building day that will be. Today, I am one day closer to that goal.

Attitude is an inside job!... ! LOVE IT!

My Goals:
TODAY: I made the decision to remake myself, to rebuild my body and become the healthy person I need and want to be. I created my goal sheet, I created my motivational page, I set up some of my exercises and began them already.

My Program:
1. Taking care of me.
2. Today I re-started my exercises program.
3. Continuing with the 10 Day Detox food plan. 30 pounds shed in 5 months.
Blood pressure has dropped... etc.
4. Prayerfully considering my next move.

Personal Information:
My name is Cindy, I am from Taunton MA. I have changed my diet to Macrobiotics, but I am tweaking it a bit to meet my particular needs.

Other Information:
I am the mother of a 37 year old daughter - Julie. She is married to Frank, and has two boys. Anthony is now 17, and Ethan is 1 year old.
