Blessings for Cindy
I am a very happy and joyous person and my husband and I have formed some pretty bad habits around food. We love to eat out and sometime late. I have always been an addict and now food is just another obstacle that I need to overcome. Being a food addict really took its toll on my body and my health. I have finally come to terms with food. I am now on the upward climb with exercise. I hope and pray that I can continue to be consistent with my current level of enthusiasm with my new found ...

I love walking and have found a new way to stay on my Elliptical for an hour at a time, movies!!! Thank God for technology. Because I'm a TV addict too don't you know ... LOL
I continue to pray for the strength to see this through so that I can be healthy and I really want to be able to buy some cute clothes!!!!!!!

Just trying to eat right put exercise into my day and stay motivated. I want to be healthy and happy. I lost my mom in July and am trying to find my JOY....I got off track these past few months and am trying to love me again!!!
Personal Information:
Born in Oakland CA...I've lived all over the Bay Area and now have a home in Modesto with my husband who is the best husband a girl could ask for. Our daughter recently moved back in with us and that brings me much JOY!
Other Information:
I belong to NA and love Christian music, Jeremy Camp is my favorite. I just went to see him recently, what a great inspiration. Love singing to the Lord.
