On the road again...for a better reason. :o)
My name is Cindy and I'm in my mid-30's. I've lost 20 pounds on Weight Watchers 4 years ago and have gained about 13 pounds of it back. In a few months, my husband and I would like to start trying to have a family and I'd like to prepare my body in all ways to carry a baby, including not be close to being overweight. So, back onto Weight Watchers and joining others in the weight loss adventure.

My Goals:

2. To TTC by September. (Fingers crossed & prayer said.)

For physical health:
Weight Watchers + exercise.
Prenatal Vitamins & DHA

For mental health:
Read all kinds of things.
Try to do new mental challenges, even new languages.
Stay mentally active and stay off harmful substances that can cause brain deterioration.
Personal Information:
My name is Cindy and I'm originally from California. I moved to Florida in 2002 with my husband to start a new life with him here. I've been down many walks of life and have gained insightful experiences from all of them.
Other Information:
As a Californian, I have been diagnosed with skin cancer since California and Florida are the two most common states known to have high skin cancer rates. I would say due to the UV index (according to research). I have created a Skin Cancer Team to help educate everyone on skin cancer and spread the awareness. Please join my team.

to the Christian Living team 
You had me rolling in laughter. Girl I fell off I was so dog gone tired. I got to do better cause if I don't this body is not changing. Now this week I have to keep my grands I figure I'll take them to the lake and go for a walk or something. Eventhough my knees are swollen, for some reason they are retaining water. Not sure what to do about that. I wear knee braces when I walk. I take motron(sp) which is antiswelling med.
