I am basically starting over again. I had lost quite a bit of weight last year, and then stopped monitoring everything...I now realize I must be ever vigilant and just do what needs to be done: exercise daily, take my vitamins and pay attention to each and everything I put in my mouth! Here we go again...

My Goals:
1) Lose at least 2lbs a month. That is 1/2lb a week. Resonable and completely doable.
2) Build more muscle.
3) Lower my choleserol.
4)Manage the symptoms of menopause without medication.


My Program:
Trying to eat healthy REAL foods, not junk.
Exercising everyday even if it is only for a short time.
Tracking food & fitness daily now.
Staying positive about life!

Personal Information:
Native Floridian! I love the beach (but any type of natural setting really), flowers, dogs, reading & family.
