My Goals:
I'm a 50 plus woman who joined a gym a few years ago and I'm stuck at my current weight. Seems like I lose a pound or two and then its right back on. So frustrating!

My Program:
I generally watch what I eat. Gave up diet sodas, artifical sweetners and I eat as organic as possible. I go to the gym 4-5 days per week and I work with a personal trainer.

Personal Information:
I currently live in Northeast PA, commonly called the Poconos. Moved here 4 years ago. I have three adult children, one still living at home becuase she is a full time student. One son lives in sunny San Diego and the other is serving our country and is stationed in Iraq. No grandchildren yet but I'm hopeful.

My husband said I have turned into a gym rat, I can spend up to 2 hours in the gym.

Hi Cindy, I have just recently came back to SparkPeople.com and I saw your April photo then your 6 weeks later photo, and I am impressed! Seeing your progress gives me hope that I can lose the weight that I want to lose. It has been so difficult to keep the weight off ever since I turned 52. You are an inspiration to me. I would be interested in knowing what type of food plan you are following and the intensity of your workouts. Would you mind sharing?

sorry about the promotion, but what will you get after you complete your Masters? It's something you will have for life.
There are 4 more jobs coming up with the County and I am going to continue to try until I get something. I have been "working out of class" for 8 years and the folks that do the projects that have been dropped on me make $16 more an hour than I do. The job I am currently testing for pays $6 more an hour and there is room for advancement.
