My Goals:
I'm a 50 plus woman who joined a gym a few years ago and I'm stuck at my current weight. Seems like I lose a pound or two and then its right back on. So frustrating!
My Program:
I generally watch what I eat. Gave up diet sodas, artifical sweetners and I eat as organic as possible. I go to the gym 4-5 days per week and I work with a personal trainer.
Personal Information:
I currently live in Northeast PA, commonly called the Poconos. Moved here 4 years ago. I have three adult children, one still living at home becuase she is a full time student. One son lives in sunny San Diego and the other is serving our country and is stationed in Iraq. No grandchildren yet but I'm hopeful. My husband said I have turned into a gym rat, I can spend up to 2 hours in the gym. Love my personal trainer Tamara.
