Your goal weight can be what SP recommends?

Let us know if/when you get a new hairstyle w/ picture, please. :-)

There are many, many pedometers out there! Just don't get one from the Dollar store. LOL Find one that works for you. There are ones that you can read upside down, ones that clip on differently, ones that have clocks and timers and lots of bells and whistles.

The main thing is being consistent with them. I.E. when you put it on and when you take it off, etc.

There are SP pedometer teams you can check into.

Yes, when I started on SP I weighed 195 and SP has helped me to lose that much weight. My goal of 169 is an interim goal. It means I went from obese to overweight. So, A very big deal for me. I'll put a new goal on soon. I'm just not sure what it should be.
