Mom needs to shed some pounds

Ok well I was here a few years ago and lost about 20lbs after my first child was born. I now have a new baby and more weight to lose. This time I'd like to lose enough to look great for my friends wedding at which I'm the matron of honor.
I now am not able to do strollerfit as I did before because its too complicated with my little ones. I have a treadmill and plan to use that as well as watching my calories.

EDIT: Baby number three has arrived and I'm back up to an awlful ...

EDIT: Dr has told me that I need to lose 30-40 pounds ... so here's hopin'! 9/15/11

180lb.- bath/spa night
175lb.- new shoes
170lb.- buy dress and workout clothes
165lb.- new undies from Fredricks
160lb.- Pedicure or manicure
155lb.- Girl's night out
150lb.- partial shopping spree with gift card & romantic dinner with my husband
145lb.- new workout clothes & bath spa night
140lb.- with my goal met I will buy Sexy lingerie and new fitting clothes with gift card, have my mom watch the baby for a romantic evening with my husband!
