But I've put on 40-50 lbs since the kids were born (about 70 since I was married 19 yrs ago) I've lost almost 20 lbs in just over a year without much effort other than stopping the breakfast trip to McD's 2-3 times a week on my way to work (I lost my job about 14 months ago, so I'm not heading out in the mornings like I used to), and not drinking my usual diet wild cherry pepsi... found that I have finally built up an "allergy" to aspertame! I need to get my weight under control.
