Every spring/summer I have a large garden of fresh vegetables. My children and I enjoy the fresh veggies on our plates and in recipes. I am still learning new ways to incorporate what I grow into our food.
In my spare time, I love to bake, read and scrapbook. I am also a Sudoku fiend.

Its a great facial toner - less frown = less possibility of wrinkles. Laughter cuts down on stress therefore helping to regulate your blood pressure. I could go on listing benefits from laughter so, yes ... laughter is the best medicine! Have yourself a great big laugh every day this week.
