My goal is to lead a healthy life balancing work, family, food and exercise.
Tracking my food and increasing my exercise are key to a healthy lifestyle. Knowing what my body wants and needs is also important.
Every spring/summer I have a large garden of fresh vegetables. My children and I enjoy the fresh veggies on our plates and in recipes. I am still learning new ways to incorporate what I grow into our food.
In my spare time, I love to bake, read and scrapbook. I am also a Sudoku fiend.

Thank you for visiting my blog. The bottom photo is me, only about 25 -30 pounds lighter. I need to get my motivation back. I'm hoping once the weather breaks I'll find it! Today has been a day of exercising my arms - blowing my nose and sipping tea all day. Lol.
