My goal is to lead a healthy life balancing work, family, food and exercise.
Tracking my food and increasing my exercise are key to a healthy lifestyle. Knowing what my body wants and needs is also important.
Every spring/summer I have a large garden of fresh vegetables. My children and I enjoy the fresh veggies on our plates and in recipes. I am still learning new ways to incorporate what I grow into our food.
In my spare time, I love to bake, read and scrapbook. I am also a Sudoku fiend.

Are you from Baltimore originally or are you a transplant? I'm a transplant! I moved here a few years ago for a job. I'm originally from outside of Philly.
What is your favorite healthy lunch/dinner? I love stir frys! They're so easy to make and you can load them up with tons of veggies. I usually like to make ones with chicken, peppers, onions, and whatever else I have laying around.
And what is your all time favorite meal? I'd probably have to say chicken pot pie:) Yum!
