Hi Cindy, Oh, my goodness, I'm so sorry you have shingles! I've never had them, but I've sure heard about them! I know how hard it must be, but you have come too far to let those miserable things ruin it for you. Good luck and hang in there...you can do it!
Loose skin is a problem but I have been assured that eventually the body does catch up. You need to lose slowly and any exercising you do will help. Using weights is up to you - I preferred not to use anything heavier than the 2-3 pound weights I have on hand.
My trouble spots are the thighs and arms but I walk daily and manage 3-5 miles most mornings and I have been using the Walk Away The Pounds videos with great results.
At some point I realized that saggy baggy skin is still better than carrying all that weight around constantly. It's not as though I was "body beautiful" at 210 so anything is still an improvement.
Oh my! You haven't joined any teams? You really should have joined your Class Team - I didn't and I missed a lot! I will be leading a class team starting March 29 and running through April 4th and you are more than welcome to join us.
The Spark Program is just so much easier when you belong to a team of people going through the same as us. And one of the things I hope to encourage with my Class Team is for people to find teams of their personal interests and/or health problems. Birds of a feather kind of stuff.

My co-leader bailed out on me a couple of weeks back so I won't even have benefit of the 2nd leader but we will manage.
