I'm climbing back on the spark wagon today after falling off for the past couple of months. I would like to lose about 45 more pounds and go from there. I have no trouble drinking my water or eating my fruits & veggies, sometimes I just have a snack attack.

If there was ever a time to dare, to make a difference, to embark on something worth doing, IT IS NOW.
Not for any grand cause, necessarily...
but for something that tugs at your heart, something that's your inspiration, something that's your dream.
You owe it to yourself to make your days here count.
HAVE FUN.
DIG DEEP.
STRETCH.
DREAM BIG.

Twenty pounds! WOO HOO! Doesn't it feel great?? I purposely lifted two ten pound bags of potatoes today in the grocery store to remind myself what the 20 pounds I've lost feels like. It was awesome! Let's keep going and show the extra weight who's boss!
