My goals are to eat healthier and to get more fit. I want to start walking at least 25 minutes at a time twice a day. Eat fruit and vegetables and not anymore high sugar deserts.
I have been walking ten minutes a day three times a day. I quit buying cookies and cupcakes.
I am from Texas. I have been married for 21 years. I have 3 children. Zach is 17, Kellee is 8 and Crystal is 6. I have been a stay at home mom for all these years and I just have let myself go. Got to comfortable. With each pregnancy I gained more and more. I got use to eating poorly. I weighed 100 pounds when I first meet my husband now I weigh over 220 pounds. I don't like to look at myself in the mirror. I haven't had my families picture taken since I had the girls. I can't believe I have done this to myself.
