Monday's - step aerobics, strength trainging, floor workw with Karen for 1.30 hours
Tuesday's - walk
Wednesday's - walk
Thursday's - walk
Friday's - walk


My Program:
I am following Sparkpeople and will track my calories and exercise. I may not always track on line but I will track in my head or jot it down on a piece of paper.
I want to lose at least 5 bls a month during 2011 - TOTAL = 60 lbs.

I CAN AND WILL DO IT!!!
