to try to reach my goal weight by adding more strength train and more cardio other than walking.
I will walk/jog at least 5 half marathons this year, which I have signed up to do.
Do some 5K/10K walks/runs and pick up the pace..
Taking my downsizing one day at at time. Even if it is just a baby step.
My Walking Motivation: at this time is training for 5 half-marathons that I have signed up to do this year.
I am an "early" retiree without a life(LOL) and a pedometer, I find walking relaxing and energizing.. Being an early bird and DH is a night owl, I get up in the morning and" hit the road" and usually walk for hours and the miles just add up..
I also helps having a goal why I am walking and training so hard.
