I hope everyone visiting my page is doing well! I love Spark People it is a very motivating tool. I am a 35 year old living In MN. I have been overweight since I was 10. I recently decided enough is enough! I realized I wasn't really living my life. The sidelines are not for me anymore!

I recently decided not to be afraid of the gym and joined a group class. I take Zumba on Monday's, Thursday's and Sunday's. It is challenging, but I always feel a sense of accomplishment when I finish a class. 2013 is all about trying new things and making my life healthy and fun! :)
Goals
1. Lose 80 lbs
2. Attend my WW meetings every week
3. Make fitness fun and a part of everyday

I also do the Walk at Home DVD's. I love to mix up my workouts, so I switch off between home and gym.

Other Information:
I love to travel. Disney World, Hawaii and Lake Superior are a few of my favorites. I love any place with sunshine palm trees and water views! Vacations relax me.
