Time for Change...Again

This time I'm really going to make some permanent changes in my life style. I did well in the fall challenge, then took a major "vacation" from watching what I eat. First steps for exercise: I'm getting new information about the condition of my back. If there are no issues, I'm going to DO THOSE EXERCISES and keep doing them, not taper off as I've done so many times before. emoticon We had a great week. On Saturday our weight loss was 25.6 lbs putting us in 2nd place overall. This week we exercised 11,742 minutes and had 161 LTGL points for healthy snacking. Erin came up with an awesome challenge for this week! With only two weeks to go lets make them count!

Go Team Daisy~

Hard to believe we're more than half way finished with this challenge. As we raced to Bangkok last week we racked up 13,010 exercise minutes and 1510 LTGL points. That's 151 breakfasts and new recipes!

Lets take Melissa (MELBBART) up on her challenge this week and max out those LTGL points!

Hello! Hope all is well and you're back and neck are doing better! Hard to belive that we are in week 4 of the challenge, my how time "flies".

emoticon on another great week in the Challenge! Our team exercised for a total of 14,092 minutes (234 hours) and stretched for a total of 27 hours, which is like doing Rodney Yee's Yoga for Beginners 75 times! emoticon !

Thanks for all you do for the Daisy's and lets have a great week 4 as we race to Bangkok!

Congratulations on completing weeks 1 and 2 of the challenge. For week 2 the Daisies exercised a total of 13,401 minutes! We had 1686 LTGL points; 835 points for blogging and 821 points for feedback.
