Fit and Free by Cinco 2014
I want to be an authentic leader and reconnect with my favorite parts of myself. This will be a long, challenging journey as my current occupation is mindnumbling dull and I have indulged to get through. I am tired of giving in and can't wait to end my days with pride, feeling clean and full of energy. I am scared because of the last four years of restarts, but to get through I will need to be vulnerable, open, and brave ~ here we go!
