Apr 18 - 10 pounds has crept back on my frame, so time to start losing again.

Lose 22 pounds and KEEP it off

10/15 Lose 7 more pounds. Final goal weight 135

Exercise 3 hours a week

10/1 Walk 10 miles a week

Be dilgent about exercising swimming and walking especially

Sep 30 Take up yoga and stick with it... at least once a week, but three would be better.

Personal Information:
Hi!!! I'm Celia, a retired data processing analyst from Melbourne Florida.

I am new to SparkPeople and am totally motivated by this wonderful site. I need to lose 20 pounds and I am already 3 pounds into my goal.

My main activity is church work - choir, cantoring (song leader at worship services), praying (both spoken and written) and leadership.

I have been happily married to Harold for almost 10 years - he is the man of my dreams. My family also contains Cocoa Puff, an 8 year old mixed breed dog. She is the second love of my life. I never had any children so Cocoa Puff is currently filling my need to impart motherly affection.

I also love to play duplicate bridge; Harold is my favorite partner.

One last activity - I am a baritone in a Sweet Adelines Quartet - the Joyous Tones.

Recently I watched

Australia which is #1 on my recently seen list.

I am currently reading FIRST MAN - The autobiography of Neil Armstrong; very good so far. I got interested in this because of the recent 40th anniversary of the moon landing.

Oct 23 - haven't picked up anything new to read. I am busy with yoga and buying sexy yoga clothes. I am going to be in a Christmas play too.
