The Incredible Shrinking Girl
I'm 32 to years old and have been over weight most of my life. Today I think something in me finally clicked, after watching an episode of Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition and seeing what the woman on the show went threw. I'm the only one that can take care of me. I'm the one who made the wrong choices and got to be the weight I am, and it's will be me that will start taking care of my health and will make the right choices on my journey because if I don't no one else will.
