One year to a better me.....

I am 5'2" and over 200 lbs. Scary, right? I'm a freaking Butterball turkey. I've battled with my weight off and on throughout my life but most specifically after I had children. My kids are 10, 12, and 15. Can't blame the baby weight on them anymore. We take tons of pictures and I shudder when I'm in the picture instead of taking it. I hate how I look. I'm lucky enough to have a great guy in my life who accepts me as a Butterball turkey but will love me just as much when I hit my goal ...

My kids are 10, 12, and 15. Can't blame the baby weight on them anymore. We take tons of pictures and I shudder when I'm in the picture instead of taking it. I hate how I look. I'm lucky enough to have a great guy in my life who accepts me as a Butterball turkey but will love me just as much when I hit my goal weight of 125 and look like Jessica Rabbit. I gave myself some simple goals to begin with - 20 lbs. by July 1.....when I hit 25 lbs. my guys starts trying to kick the tobacco habit. More than anything, I want my body to match how I feel inside. I go non-stop but can't always do what I love doing for any length of time without feeling winded and worn out. I want more energy, I want to feel sexier, I want to be around when my grandkids have kids.....simple goals, right?

100-128 oz. water each day .
Much less soda.
Stay between 1200-1550 calories per day.
Fewer empty calories.
Eat 6 times per day

Hi.. I used to live in Abilene.. for about 4 yrs. I moved last year to Wakefield.. I still spend time in Abilene.. So if we develop a friendship I'm not too far away.. Hope to get to know you more..
