My Goals:
My main reason for doing this is that I work in a Medical support field. I know what can happen if I don't take better care of myself. Also I'm getting older and want to be able to enjoy my retirement when I get there!
My Program:
My biggest problem is I'm addicted to diet soda. That and I rarely exercise. So that's where I'm starting.
