My goal is to lose 100 lbs.
My more immediate goal - I would like to increase my endurance and run my first 5k this summer 2014.

Personal Trainer, Gym, eating healthy.

Personal Information:
I work full-time, go to school 3/4 time for my graduate degree. On top of that - it is very difficult to stay motivated and "find time". I am working on making time!
