I will get to my goal weight this time.

Trying to keep focused on where I want to be. I was thin and fit once and I can do it again. My goal weight is 135 and a size 10 clothes.

I'm doing the 5% challenge for the next 8 weeks. I will exercise at least 30min. 4 times week. I will stay in my appropriate calorie range of 1200-1500 calories per day. I will post something on my spark team page daily.

I am sending you that little push, you need to begin the Winter 5% Weight Lost Challenge!

Remember:

One Meal at a Time (check you plate) Is this a healthy, balanced meal? Yes, Eat It. No, Change It.

One Snack at a Time (between 100-200 calories?) Healthy for my body? Enjoy or Change?

One exercise session (Am I going to do it? Yes, I will see results. No, I will do it later (I ask will you?)

Learn to Breath Correctly!
Suck in through your nose (with mouth closed) until your stomach extents out, Now slowly release air through pierced lips, until you think it is all gone, then release a bit more),pulling stomach in. Try this ten times an hour (this is actually the correct way to breath, watch a baby, sometime)
