One Snack at a Time (between 100-200 calories?) Healthy for my body? Enjoy or Change?
One exercise session (Am I going to do it? Yes, I will see results. No, I will do it later (I ask will you?)
Learn to Breath Correctly! Suck in through your nose (with mouth closed) until your stomach extents out, Now slowly release air through pierced lips, until you think it is all gone, then release a bit more),pulling stomach in. Try this ten times an hour (this is actually the correct way to breath, watch a baby, sometime)
