I started my journey in 2006 and since then I've lost a little over 70 lbs. I've been stable at that weight a little over a year. It's time to bust-out the rest and just 'reach the goal'. I made it this far by changing my eating habits and exercising regularly. If you are having a hard time letting go of your old ways, know it's worth it.
