1. Lose 10lbs by 3/1/13.

2. Drink 8 or More Glasses of Water Per Day.

3. Sleep Over 6 Hours Per Night.

PRAY WITH ME THAT I WILL STAY ON COURSE.

My Program:
1.Track Nutrition/ Eat A Balanced Diet Filled With Healthy Fats, Lots of Fruits & Veggies, Fish and Lean Meat. MEASURE MY PORTIONS!

2. Track/Fitness: Cardio 5 days or more per week.
Strength Train: 3 Days per week. REST 1 day!

3. 8 or more glasses of water.

4. Sleep Over 6 hrs per night.

5. Daily Sparking & Spreading the Spark! :))))
