Getting Healthy One Day at a Time
I am a registered Nurse, a wife and mother of 2. After my first child I found myself 50lbs heavier than my baseline weight. I lost 15 lbs and gain it right back during my second pregnancy. After losing15lbs in the past, I know that weight lose is possible, I just have to put in the hard work and dedication to get the job done!

-To get somewhere you never been you have to do something that you have never done -insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result -I can't focus on Tomorrow because that may cause me to fail today.
