Starting over. Again...

But that is OK. I've come to realize that losing weight is not going to be easy and that my "plan" doesn't have to be all or nothing. Even modest changes in diet and exercise will make a difference in improving my overall health.

Since leaving college and starting a family, I've gained a considerable amount of weight. After giving much of my time to my family and work, I've decided it is time to focus on me for a while. I know that sounds selfish, but I need to find "me" again. I guess I've found my spark again.

My Goals:
- To be healthier overall and have more confidence and energy.

- To eat plant strong diet.

- To lower my cholesterol.

- To believe in myself that 'I can do it!' Challenge myself to accomplish things I never thought I was capable of.

- To be able to wear a knit dress and tall boots and rock it.


My Program:
- Eat organic plant based foods as much as possible. (i.e. Eat to Live).

- Complete 30 minutes of Muscular Structure and 30 minutes of Dance Cardio 6 days/week as part of the Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis Program.



Personal Information:
I'm been married to my wonderful husband for 12 years. We live in Wisconsin and have two children ages 7 and 4. They can be a handful, but I'm learning to find balance.

    Hi Ami! emoticon What's new with you? You haven't been around in awhile emoticon Hope everything's been going great! I'm almost done with the 90 program, and I've seen huge changes in my body but not nearly enough on the scale, so I'm going to give it another try, but this time focus on the food portion too, so today I'm pulling out Tracy's book and checking out her food plan again. But I'm also contemplating the 17Day Diet and looking into the Eat to Live program. How do you like that? Wish me luck! Anyway, Hope you have a great week! Miss you!
