My Goals:
To get back on the health wagon and shake off my lifelong sabotaging tendency! 30lbs to lose to get back to my healthy, happy self so that I can be a healthier role model to my Daughter and become the person I'm meant to be.

My Program:
TRYING to deal with my emotional eating issues while incorporating more exercise. I'm currently into week 9 of C25K and this has spurred me on to try other challenging workouts. Running min 3Xpw, HIIT min 4Xpw and walking as often as possible in between.
