My normal weigh in day is on Monday, "officially". But I weighed myself today and was happy to find I have lost 8 lbs so far. I changed my goal to be 135 lbs by the 4th of July. Another reason to celebrate the day! 1215 days ago
I can eat anything I want, as long as I practice portion control. I can have bacon, but at 90 calories for 2 slices, maybe I just need one slice. Learning to be satisfied with the choices I make is the key.
I was waking up very hungry in the morning when I started this weight loss program, but by adding a cup of Kale (34 cal) and a cup of collards (10 cal) to to egg whites, I have increased the volume of the food without drastic calorie changes. Filling up does not have to be bisquits, gravy, pancakes and syrup. Filling us and using that food as fuel for the day, instead of a reason to take a nap is a better choice for me. 1237 days ago
As long as I am willing to get on that treadmill I think I can eat anything I want. Its the getting on the treadmill that is the hard part. My newest motivation is to watch Youtube videos on my laptop while I walk. That seems to make the time fly. 1238 days ago
